- Growth, expansion or working capital
- Equipment purchases
- Inventory needs
- Large projects or contracts
- Business acquisitions
- Refinancing or consolidation
- Receivables financing
- Contract financing
- Purchase-order financing
- Commercial real estate
- A bank decline
- A transaction that needs a more flexible structure
- A business that does not cleanly fit a traditional bank credit box
Generally Not a Fit

- Material loan default within approximately the previous 12–24 months
- Fraud or financial-crime history

These are screening considerations rather than an exhaustive underwriting policy. Final eligibility varies by lender, transaction structure and circumstances. Imperfect credit alone does not necessarily disqualify a borrower.
What We Can Place
Commercial Financing Programs
The guidelines below are practical screening targets rather than universal hard minimums. Every transaction is ultimately evaluated based on cash flow, industry, collateral, use of funds, credit profile and structure.
| Financing Program | Typical Size | Revenue / Time in Business | Core Qualification Indicators |
|---|---|---|---|
Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) | $10K – $2MM | $120K+ annual / $10K+ monthly; 1+ year | Consistent deposits and acceptable bank activity. Existing debt or MCA positions must be manageable. |
Business Line of Credit | $50K – $500K | $180K+ annual / $15K+ monthly; 3+ years | Consistent deposits, limited NSFs or negative days and sufficient cash flow to support payments. |
Revenue-Based Term Loan | $1MM – $7MM | $3MM+ annual; 2+ years typical | Positive cash flow or debt-service capacity and typically approximately 2.5%–5%+ year-over-year revenue growth. |
Conventional / C&I Term Loan | $50K – $15MM | $500K+ annual typical; 2+ years | Demonstrated profitability and cash flow sufficient to service the requested debt. Collateral may also support the structure. |
SBA Financing U.S. only | Up to $5MM for SBA 7(a) | $250K+ annual typical; 2+ years preferred | For-profit U.S. operating business with sufficient repayment ability and an eligible use of funds. Guarantees are generally required. |
